You Belong in Sacramento

You're a little too down to earth to be considered a true Californian...
But you still too weird to fit in anywhere else!
With it's diversity and cultural opportunities, Sacramento is just enough California for you.

At my new place! We don't have internet yet (it will be set up on Tuesday, along with our cable), but I'm stealing from someone right now.

The new house is great. I'll have to post pictures in the next couple of days when I have internet that doesn't cut out every ten seconds. Meena likes it too. We have stairs and she loves stairs. She runs up and down them constantly. I think the housemates think she's crazy.

The best thing about my new neighborhood (besides the name--NoPa) is this mexican food deli place down the street that serves the best fucking hot chocolate I'v ever had. It has chili powder and cinnamon in it and it's so, so yummy. Mmmmm...

One dynamic of LJ is we don't know as much about each other as we think we do. So I invite you to ask me something you think you should know about me. Something that should be obvious, but you have no idea about. Ask away.

Then post this in your LJ and find out what people don't know about you.

THE RULES: List five songs that you are currently loving. It doesn't matter what genre they are from, whether they have words, or even if they're any good, but they must be songs you're really enjoying right now. Post these instructions, the artists, and the songs in your blog. Then tag five other friends to see what they're listening to.

1. "My Doorbell" - The White Stripes
2. "Sugar Magnolia" - Grateful Dead
3. "The Road Goes on Forever" - Robert Earl Keen
4. "Wishful Thinking" - The Ditty Bops
5. "Feel Good Inc" - Gorillaz

I'm not tagging anyone, but I like hearing about what music people are listening to so feel free to go ahead and do this.
